Meet Susan
Susan created the Turn the Volume Up podcast because being an entrepreneur can be lonely, and she is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs feel seen on their journeys. She truly loves creating podcasts and connecting with her people in this way. Expect vulnerability, laughs, and maybe a few tears!
Susan is a business growth expert whose entrepreneurial experience spans over 20 years in various industries. Her most notable role was as the founder of one of Colorado's first non-toxic beauty salons. With no business experience, she scaled that salon from zero clients into a 7-figure business and multiple locations before selling in 2019 to champion other entrepreneurs growing their business empires.
Her journey didn't come without many ups and downs, growing from one salon location to two, losing valuable members of her team along the way, selling her business, starting over from scratch, building a real estate portfolio, and doing it all while raising a family.
